Under this agreement, the provider securely deposits source code, documentation, and other essential materials into our protected custody. In the event of predefined release conditions - such as vendor insolvency or failure to provide ongoing support - SoftVault releases the escrowed materials to the customer, enabling uninterrupted access, maintenance, and continuity of the software.
